Setup / Boost Mobile topic

Hi all,

I am buying the Nokia Lumia 800 CDMA (new, unlocked, clean ESN) as a gift for a special lady :)
She uses Boost Mobile and I have no clue how could I set the phone up.
Can anyone please recommend a guide for doing so? I wouldn't mind paying for the service if someone wants to do this for me as well.
