Tablet goon touch pc667 topic

Hi ppl

I have this tablet, it starts ok, but to unlock screen android doesn´t recognize the touchscreen

I have 2 usb logo on taskbar, tried reset (volume up+power), it shows android logo with advertise but no reaction

any solution? rom or something
