TWRP can't mount system, no OS installed topic

Hi guys

I have a problem right now that i can't solve or i don't know how. When i get in TWRP it asks for a password that i didn't set and cant mount system or usb otg, i also wiped the system so now i dont have anything to hold on. Is there any method to solve this mb flash a rom through fastboot somehow
