Urgent: Please help sim unlock and s=off Desire 300 topic

Hi!

Could somebody help me with this. The phone is sim locked to Orange Moldava. I've unlocked the bootloader through htcdev and got root permissions. But I'm having some problems to move ahead. Really need help
