[Q] Alcatel One Touch Pop C5 soft brick topic

Hi everyone,

I have an Alcatel One Touch Pop C5 (Alcatel 5036D). I made a backup in stock recovery before I installed the Xposed framework. After the installation i did a reboot but it stuck at the boot logo. Then i restored my backup but it didn't work, the screen just turned black, so after an hour i restarted my phone. Now I can't do anything, i can't even get in recovery (but it is a soft brick, i can still see the boot logo). I guess i will have to flash the ROM again but i'm a newbie (I installed some customs ROM's before but not on this phone), and no custom ROM's are available. Does anybody know what to do? I would really appreciate your help! :)

First hi too all and if someone can help me i would be really grateful, i am trying to root my Alcatel Ot 995 with Superoneclick 2.3.3 and everything goes okay i turn on usb debugging and everything goes smooth but then i stuck at shell rooting device step #5 and Superoneclick just went to not responding...
Please help me i need to root it because i want to mannualy update to ics fromg gingerbread
My firmware version is 2.3.6, hope someone will fast help me...

Hi, phone is relatively new, about few months old. No root on the internet. And no way i'm trying stuff like one click root or similiar.
Can someone make it, there is root for Pop C5 model, mine is C7.

[Q] Alcatel OT 983 stuck on android logo topic

Hi, I hope this is posted in the right place.

My Alcatel One Touch 983 is stuck on the android logo on boot.
I have tried removing the battery, SD card and the sim card, this doesn't help.
Also I have charged the phone and this also doesn't help.

I rooted the phone about 6 months ago and it has been fine until now. I haven't even put any custom roms on it.
The phone still runs the stock rom.

I am not sure what would have caused this, the phone was working fine and it must of turned off because of low battery but now it wont boot.
I can't even get it into recovery mode.

The phones os is Android Gingerbread 2.3.7
Is there a way to fix this?

Also, if there is no way to fix this, would a Moto G be a good phone to buy?

My Alcatel One Touch 916 was very slow and freezed, so i took off the battery, and when i got it back it wont turn on... it's fully charged!

The phone is bricked...

The SP Phone Tools can revive it... but i need the flash files...

The phone is rooted and has android 2.3.6 so One Touch Upgrade S doesn't help because it doesn't reinstall the software, just said that the phone has the most new software and stop...

Can anyone help??

I know that is hasn't be released yet, but I'm wondering if this is worth getting. I'm guessing it should be about 0+tax (canada), the specs seem decent enough (a little dated, but compared to the nexus 5 good). My main worry is if this phone is likely to get support from the rom/modding community. Does it seem like a likely candidate to receive support?

[Q] Help! Bricked Phone Alcatel One Touch 5035D topic

After installing a custom rom, my phone got bricked. Now I dont have any ideas how to do it. I even made a backup before installing a custom rom through CWM. But I cannot even boot into CWM because of the bootloop. Please guys. I need help.
