I'm on Nordic 4.3 101 rooted and I can't find chinese language on the xperia international keyboard. I know that there's some xperia chinese keyboard on some firmwares, however, am interested to know if there's a way to get chinese on the language selection for xperia international keyboard. (i.e. settings->language & input->xperia keyboard settings->writing language)

[Q] Edit Current ROM of my Chinese Clone topic
Hello.
I've bought a new Chinese Clone of the Lenovo A850 (called A850c)
I want to change the ROM but I cannot find any compatible one.
Do you think it is a good idea to grab an existing ROM and port it to my specs?
What are the most important conditions I need to choose the most "compatible" ROM? (cpu, build version, kernel, etc?)
Or better, if possible, how can I search for compatible ROMs not using the brand/model but the specs instead?
This is the info of my new phone:
Hardware : MT6572 (MT6589 is Fake!)
Model : lenovoA850c
Build number : ALPS.JB3.MP.V1.6
Build date UTC : 20130928-154238
Android v : 4.2.2
Baseband v: MOLY.WR8.W1315.MD.WG.MP.V4.P1, 2013/08/23 14:18
Kernel v : 3.4.5 (root@tt-desktop) (gcc version 4.6.x-google 20120106 (prerelease) (GCC) ) #1 SMP Sat Sep 28 23:40:38 HKT 2013
Uboot build v : -----
LCD Driver IC : 1-otm9605a_dsi_vdo_lcm_drv
Thanks

[CHINESE FORUM] Many different apps, stock and AOSP roms for Optimus G Pro e98X/f240 topic
Due to the lack of development for our device and for the simple fact that I doubt this will impact XDA Developers, here is a link to a Chinese forum. If you are using Google chrome and auto translate is not working, right click on the page and force translate to English.

Install Google Play on chinese tablets (Logicom TAB752) topic
This forum helped me in reaching the purpose. So I'd like to share the path I followed.
The Logicom TAB752 is quite "hard" to root, as it is not pre-rooted and not supported or even recognized by most software.
As said in other posts you need "USB debugging" enabled and "ADB drivers" installed together with adb software.
(A good distribution of ADB software and drivers comes with the "CyanogenMod" software)
After failures in getting root access with many popular methods I have been finally able to install the "su" command by using the "Cydia Impactor" (search on Google). It seems this software is able to get superuser acces on most of the "chinese" and ultra-low cost stuff now on the market.
After that, you can follow one of the tutors from this or other forums.
In very brief summary, opening a DOS shell in the folder where ADB is installed:
- adb shell
- su
- mount -o remount,rw /system
- busybox cp "filetobecopied.apk" /system/app/
- chmod 644 /system/app/"filetobecopied.apk"
- chown root.root /system/app/"filetobecopied.apk"
- reboot
where "filetobecopied.apk" is this list of apps (get them from gapps, with the version suitable for your Android release):
- OneTimeInitializer.apk
- Phonesky.apk
- GoogleLoginService.apk
- GoogleFeedback.apk
Ciao and good luck!

[Q] Samsung Keyboard no longer has Chinese input language after hard reset topic
Hi all, wondering if anyone has the same incredibly frustrating problem.
I'm using a Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7105
I used to use the Samsung Keyboard with English and the Chinese language input (downloaded in it's language settings).
But after a hard rest (My phone had recently updated itself to 4.3 with no change) I no longer have Chinese as a downloadable language.
WHY is this so annoying... Becuase if I use another keyboard that has chinese I can't swap between it and the Samsung Keyboard in Keyboard. The Samsung has to be selects in the phone setting and can't be selected as one of many keyboards.
The reason why I wish to use the Samsung keyboard is becuase of its great swipe input function. I have not found another keyboard that has swipe in English and Chinese input funtionality.
Which means I can never using any combo of keyboards swap easily from chinese to swipe english keyboard. Aarrgghh!!!!!
I think It has something to do with the locale version of the 4.3 android os. I heard that different locales have different downloadable language options. But why has mine sudenly changed!
Anyone?
