[Q] Downgrading topic

Hello,

I'm kinda new here, but I have one question. I recently bought an FAKE samsung galaxy s4 for fun. It has costed me 110$ and It has 1GB of RAM etc etc... So the question is, I have Jelly Bean 4.2.2 on my phone. But it's kinda lagging and i dont know why, but i dont care. I'm just curious how to downgrade this version... like 4.0 or something so it wont lag so much?. Thanks for answers in advance...

Peace!

Downgrading to Jellybean topic

I have a Three UK D802 that i have flashed the Spanish Voda KitKat kdz onto. I wanted to downgrade again to Jellybean but the flash tool doesn't seem to work.

The FlashTool doesn't popup a window to ask country and language anymore and the LG tool just says i have the latest version when it pops up.

Help anyone? I don't want to be stuck without root.

[Q] Need help downgrading. Need to sim unlock. topic

I want to continue using the Ace Hack Kit... I have done probably 50 inspires. I had to reset my PC and lost my Hack Kit.
DO NOT BE THE GUY who says it's retired. I know. Bottom line is it still works. Up until a week ago I was using it.
I downloaded the hack kit and now I ONLY NEED to know a link to the downgrade RUU and where to place it in the hack kit so it works. Who wants to be the good guy to help with a real answer? Please?

Downgrading from 4.4.2 to 4.3 topic

Hey guys,

Sorry if this has already been covered. The search feature has been "temporarily disabled" for three days now. I've gone through a few pages with no luck in finding an answer.

I'm sick of KitKat and trying to downgrade back to Jellybean. I've tried probably 12 different ROMs, and my Wi-Fi does not turn on for any of them. I'm assuming it has something to do with the radio, however I am unable to find anything to help me on the net. It's frustrating me at this point. I've been without a stable working phone for a few days now.

[Q] downgrading to cyanogenmod 10.2 topic

hey guys,

i recently rooted my galaxy s3 i747 and installed cm11 on it. the whole process was done automatically using one of those cm installers. however, i recently learned that cm11 is not stable yet. so i want to downgrade to 10.2 which is the most recent stable cm.
i did try that, using manual methods, such as flashing it via recovery, however a picture of a dead android with a red warning triangle popped up saying it couldn't be done.
my question is, why would this happen? i know official android doesn't allow downgrade, but rooted ones should allow installation of any custom rom no matter which verison, right?
another question, how do i downgrade to 10.2, or install any other stable custom rom? i am afraid that the phone might become bricked due to my inexperience, but i want stability in my phone.
also, if my phone is indeed hard bricked, would it be possible to get it fixed under 0?

P.S. i am quite new to xda, so sorry if i posted this in the wrong area.

[Q] Device bricked - Not booting after attempt at downgrading topic

After upgrading to 4.4 beanstalk tried to downgrade by installing FTF of 4.3 ROM. Ever since all I can do is get into FlashMode and FastBoot (using Flashtool), and am able to install FTFs and fastboot boot.img, but the device never turns on (and doesn't vibrate when I press the power button). Tried unlocking, re-locking, running Sony's Update (but it says the software is incompatible so it won't upgrade), different FTFs and BOOT.IMGs.

All I want is to get back to a locked, official ROM.

Help!

[Q] Forgot USB-debugging downgrading topic

Hi!

This is my first post an I hope I did put it on the right place and I havent found any other post that really matches my problem.

Anyway, I was so happy for being able to bring back stock rom on a rooted SGS2 I9100 who didnt worked proper with its root. In this case, no USB-debugging were necessary.
After this mission I felt ready to try to downgrade the SGS Advance I9070 from stock Jelly Bean to Stock Ginger Bread by mainly following one of all those tutorials about how to do it. And I know its said - enable USB-debugging.

But as I were interupted by my wife just before I were going to proceed, I totally forgot it when I finally went back to my work of downgrading. As I were a bit stressed, I just connected the phone to Odin and slammed the PDA-button like I did with the SGS2. It went smooth all the way through Odin and the green PASS showed up. But when the phone were about to boot up it stuck at the Samsung-logo. Its in a bootloop. After a short time of wondering about what went wrong, it struck my head I forgot to enable USB-debugging. Amen!

So, I forgot debugging while running JB-stock to downgrade to GB-stock. The only thing I can reach now is download-mode except the bootloop Samsung start interface. Its probably occured because I forgot enable debugging, right? And does it mean this device is bricked for real or is there anyway to bring back life?

Best regards // emsoh
