Hi i was wondering if anyone has come across a place where it is possible to buy a replacement 600mah battery and charger for the omate? I actually own the callisto 100 but im pretty sure the batteries will be the same and ideally would like to buy a few spare batts and a charger.

Or just the battery model number might help if anyone has that and ill search the net for that model.

[Q] Screen Replacement? topic

I need help finding a screen replacement for my TF701. It got dropped this weekend and the screen cracked. Not the LCD part (no bleeding of colors or loss of functionality) so I guess it's just the "digitizer" right? Can anyone help me in finding replacement screen that will fit this? All I seem to be finding are for the TF300 and TF100 series. Is there any cross compatibility?

Also, any guides on how to replace would be helpful as well.

[Q] Sim / SD Card replacement topic

Hello Guys,

So what happened was, i bought a sim card adapter so that i could use a one sim in my P601 tablet and my phone. When i received my adapter, i wanted to see if it fits in the Sim Card slot, it then got stuck. I eventually had to pull it out, and so small little copper pins came along with it. I need to replace the Sim / SD Card unit, see attached.

Any help where i can get this?

no response on dna after digitizer replacement topic

So I replaced the digitizer on my dna and afterwards I get no response from the phone. So I was thinking the screen was DOA, and I ordered another digitizer from a different seller on ebay and still got nothing. I plugged it into the pc to see if I could force it on, I did the hard reset, and stilll no response. All cables are perfectly fine and were cleaned with alcohol. Bought a new battery and still nothing. What could it be? Help please.

[Q] HTC EVO won't power on after battery replacement topic

So my old HTC started getting the flashing orange light and wouldn't power on. Found the thread that said to replace the battery, so I ordered one and replaced it. The new battery will not charge. I get no flashing LED, no response. I've had it plugged in to the wall, in to my desktop, even got a new charging cable. Nothing happens.

I can get a new internal power board for it, but I want to make sure I've exercised every option before I tear it apart again.

Any insight will be much appreciated!

AT&T Warranty Replacement topic

My S4 is still under its warranty period. Though I cracked the glass a few months ago. The digitizer was unharmed so I opted to order a glass only replacement and fix it myself. There are plenty of videos that demo the removal of the glass from the glass with a hair dryer etc.

I recently went into an AT&T warranty center about an unrelated issue and they agreed to provide a replacement device. The store rep indicated they were currently out of stock my my model but offered to have one ordered and sent directly to me. I would then need to send my device back in a package provided by AT&T.

Its important to note that I did not discuss or disclose the fact that I replaced the glass on the device myself with the store rep. My concern is based on the policy of returning your device to the warranty center through the mail. You are agreeing to purchasing the replacement refurbished device at full price (9) if your returned device is deemed to have physical damage once they receive it back from you.

Has anyone had luck with a similar scenario?

I dropped my G Pro and cracked the front glass. Digitizer and touch controls still work with no issues. Any idea where the best place to buy the replacement screen is? I see a bunch on ebay listed as digitizer and didn't know if I needed that part or just a front glass. Thanks

Because of a failed top mic, Verizon is sending me a replacement Note 2, which I'm sure will come with the OTA 4.3. I'm assuming this means I might as well get ready to live with stock. Is there anything I can do, other than just send the replacement back and live with my top mic not working?

I'm having a hard time believing that there are so few aftermarket sources for batteries for the Nook HD and HD+. I've only found NewPower99.com, and they charge (!!) They inlude the tools to replace it, too. I just wonder why it's so hard to find these, I've found replacement batteries for lots of other tablets and e-readers. Any China battery source I should try? Any number that I should search for?

The top number is the Barnes and Noble part number. The MHxxxxx number is near what I think is a certification symbol, so I doubt that's it. So we're left with the VPN, but a search found nothing. Any help out there? There's a factory in China making these, and I'm sure they sell them someplace (other than B&N), but how do we search for them?

Proximity Sensor Fix after Screen Replacement topic

Hi everyone, recently i bought from a friend a n4 with replaced front screen after cracked digitizer. The proximity sensor was not working causing the screen to stay black during making/receiving a call. I googled it and found out it is a pretty common issue after screen replacement and the only workaround was to put some very thin clear tape or a small piece from a screen protector, between the front glass and the proximity sensor. I tried that for a fair amount of time but with no luck. So i tried to put the small rubber piece that covers the light and proximity sensor the opposite way. Now the bigger hole of this rubber piece is on the small sensor (proximity) and the small hole is on the big sensor (light). It worked right away and still work great after a month, The light sensor seems to works fine as well. Confirmed working from another guy as well. So i hope this helps whoever facing same problem after screen replacement. :good:

Cheap glass/ screen replacement topic

Is it just me or does this device have the cheapest glass out of any device youve ever owned? Honestly I feel like blowing on the screen will cause some erosion and scratching. I have around 20 huge scratches while using a case and protecting the thing with my life after 1 months use. Anyone else have this problem? Also is just the front glass replaceable or does the entire screen and digitizer have to be replaced also.

Couple month ago a broke my Nexus 4's screen. After I replaced it, it began do strange things. After battery goes to 50 - 40% or less As if someone is touching the screen on every places at the same time and only thing i can do is to turn off the screen, . What can be the reason of this? Battery, touchscreen or something else? Please help me to solve this problem.
