[Help] Max Mouse Speed topic

I remember a while ago on GD someone posted a calculation for the fastest possible mouse speed while in game. And if you moved faster than that the anticheat (dont remember) banned you.

Does anyone remember this or have this code? I've been trying to figure it out using pitch etc but jesus complicating

[Q] Note 3 Slow Wifi Speed (SM-N9005) topic

Hi cant seem to get higher than 25Mbit on my note 3 wifi speed... i have tried 3 routers already and i just purchased a Netgear Nighthawk R7000 router.

I can get 130Mbit on my dell xps 15 using wireless N.... my Note is connected by AC and still only getting about 25Mbit

It shows connected at 466Mbit on the wifi menu of the note 3 ... obviously not right

very frustrating ... any ideas what i can do ?

Does changing over CyanogenMod on a 2012 Nexus 7 Wifi 32GB, fix the extreme bad performance?

Or is it time to junk it?
There is 25+ GB free on the device, ran the memory cleanup apps, still junk. Any of the apps I try and use random freeze for 5+ seconds at a time, it is slower than my nexus 4 by far. The nexus 4 runs circles around the nexus 7.

Will installing cyanogenmod fix this?

On my wife's HTC one can, this doesn't work.
So everyone understand me, I'm thinking on the thing when you dial for instance 627 for Mark or 23 for Adam.
How to turn this on?

Hello kind Mega users,

I am facing a little ''problem'' with my Mega.

Everytime I flash a KK (4.4.2) based ROM like SlimKat, BeanStalk, PAC, Carbon etc etc, I always have a problem with my favorite app: Poweramp.

Poweramp reads my library incredibly slow, and when I want to edit the folder settings (I got 1 folder that contains all my music) it takes a long, long time to scan my media and after I re-scan for the correct folder, it won't change.

A other problem is that my Mega, again on KK-based roms, installs .apk files (using ES Explorer or root explorer) takes a much longer time to install. A small app from 1 or 2 mb takes over 5 minutes. This happens by just flashing (always clean) the rom and GApps, no mods or anything.

I also tried to flash the exfat-zip, but that did not change anything.

Does anyone else have this problem, and does anyone know a solution?

[Q] WIFI Speed Issues topic

Hi Folks,

Looking for some help please, my wife got the new xperia z1 compact last week but has been having issues with it since she got it when connected to wifi.

The problem is the internet connection speed is less than 5mb when connected to the wifi, now the internet in the house that the issue is with is 120mb connection and I have tested several other smartphones, tablets and laptops and everything else is working fine.

I have tried deleting the wifi connection and reconnecting it made no difference, we done a factory restore of the phone and it made no difference either.

We then took the phone back got a replacement handset and brought the phone home, and guess what the exact same issues still even with this new handset.

any ideas please folks as this is really frustraing 4G connection is faster when she goes outside

How to Improve Notification speed? topic

I've noticed that my Note 3 doesn't always have instant notifciations. Could this be because of Deep Sleep feaeture in 4.4.2? Im running Omni ROm 7.1 which is based on the NA6 official KitKat rom..

I've tried PNF (Push Notification Fixer App) but it doesn't really help. It's Skype and Facebook. Sometimes it's instant but most of the time it's not.

Anyone else having this issues or know a possible solution?

Verizon G2 on MetroPCS , My LTE Speed topic

Wanted to post of my G2 from Verizon on MetroPCS (T-Mobile owned) service.

Was well satisfied with my LTE Speeds earlier and only on the monthly.



My HSPA+ has been throttled to Edge on this plan since it's 500MB max , But my LTE I believe is unlimited since no provision on it? Haven't been throttles on LTE, Hopefully I don't with this greatness.

ok, googled the past couple months with no results. searching here still no results...:rolleyes:

my s3 seems to have sluggish wifi wherever i go, no matter what modem, no matter how many settings i changed advised by posts ive found. *#0011# turning off psm does not work. changing advanced settings will not, static ip does not, flashing roms tw or aosp only same results in all.

im beginning to think this is a hardware problem, not software. cant get a new one cause i don't find it a need for insurance cause if something breaks its cheaper to fix ordering online, plus the fun doing it yourself.

does anyone know if we ever had a flash-able zip to fix like the international version? tried and bricked of course. or any steps that i haven't posted i didn't find searching?

SD Card speed up phone? topic

When i click on my gallery icon to view my photos.. my photo thumbnails load up relatively slow to what i think they should load at. They load up incrementally.

Do you think if i installed a super fast high speed samsung SD card that would make the thumbnails load up faster and perhaps improve phone performance all round?

As far as I know (having been an admin for years), nobody has ever bypassed the anti cheat that's in this multiplayer mod. I have not seen anyone cheating using hacks in all the years that I have played this mod and it's quite a popular mod. So if you're up for a challenge... :lmao:

i'm runninig the KK-Version of the Note 8 Rom. I have a 100Mbps Internet Connection at home. With my laptop i get about 90Mbps.
With my Note 3 only about 32 Mbps. Do you have any soloutions, that i get the same connection speed as my laptop?

What is that maximum connection speed for the Moto G ?

It says it has wireless N, but max speed i can get is 65Mb , 54Mb with other wireless N routers.

My personal router DLink DIr-855) is a dual band and all other devices get a solid 300Mbs - this only gives the Moto G 65Mbs

Hi all.
Since the n4, I've had really slow speeds on WiFi. It would be fast at first and would slow back back down after a while. I always thought it was my router not compatible with the phone or something and just learned to live with it. I've been on cataclysm and Franco since n4

A few days ago I decided to install multirom and give stock ROM and kernel a try with xposed and gravity box. Since then I've noticed my WiFi speed has increased dramatically and stayed that way.

So now I'm wondering what's the problem? I don't wanna question Franco cos I've noticed he's repeatedly said he dont touch WiFi drivers or anything like that. So is it the ROM? Or the radio? Or something else

Slow 3G speed on custom rom topic

I'm experiencing a slow 3G speed on my custom rom - resurrection remix. Max download speed on my device is 1.3 Mbps while on another device with same network provider can get up to 3 Mbps.(I see with my eyes).

I also didn't see someone complaining this problem with RR rom at any build version.

Is there any solution?

I heard about reflashing modem, do I need to do it?

Allview Speed City (onda v701) problem topic

I installed a firmware that was made for a slight different tablet (city+) on my speed city (onda 701) tablet using AmlogicBurningTool. everything went fine, it was a succes but after I turned on my tablet i saw that the the display was all white, with some multicolored lines on it. I can't do anything with it now. Flashing another firmware is impossible because it's not detected by the PC anymore if it's turned off. help me please.

Am I the only one receiving terrible Internet speeds on speed tests? It seems that my speed is flying on LTE right now but for some reason, speed tests currently have me at (at most) 1 MB/sec download but 10 MB/sec uploads (I don't even know how that happens...).

Are the speed tests just buggy?
