Page Plus on custom roms. topic

I followed this guide to get Page Plus working great on my XT1031 (Boost Mobile) via stock Verizon 4.4.2 rom. But I do want to try other roms.
I flashed over Official CM11. I think it apply's some Boost Mobile settings as it detects as a XT1031 (as it should I guess). Calls and Text, do work. I had to enable Data Roaming to get 3G going. Seeing as Cyanogenmod 11 is multi carrier.What settings need edited or tweaked to get the right "Verizon or Page Plus" settings so it quit thinking I am roaming. How would I go about doing this? Or maybe getting it to detect as a XT1028 (which is Verizon).

I'm trying to get a Defy and this problem is new to me. I installed the Retail Room, when the battery died in the process. Actually the battery is bad contact (discovered it today) and that every time I turn the phone gives the message:

Bootloader
09.10

Code Corrupt

Battery Ok
Ok to program
Connect USB
Data Cable

I tried to flash the rom retail again, and RDS Lite is only the message "SW Update In Progress .." ..

Stay long until the battery dies again, which I carry in another defy up to 100% and try again.

What can this be guys? What I have to do to burn the right rom? I've tried some Chinese rooms but without success.

Have a simple question if anyone can answer. When trying to install a ROM with safestrap, after you wipe data/cache do you lose the flash off your phone & have to reprogram the phone again? If it just need to be reactivated, I'm fine with that.


My phone is VZN Galaxy S4 flashed to page plus. I want to install a custom rom without messing up the flash if possible. Thanks

My HTC ONE X plus is Completely dead does not power On nor Charge and when taken to HTC Service center they say its water damaged and warranty does not cover for that a new main board needs to be replaced and they are charging a bomb of RS-19000.INR is there any way that u ppl can suggest for getting my phone back on Track.. And yes my phone was drenched in rain 6months before and now my phone is throwing the problem so please do help me.

hey developers..hi hello.. :)
im from india and i own a htc one x plus..i bought from ebay and phone software version is 4.1.1.
i heard that the update (4.2.2 with sense 5.0) has been rolled out on sep 13th 2013..
when i check for updates..it is showing that i dont have any updates available..
i mailed the u.s htc support for the first time and they said it is u.s manufactured..and the second time..i mailed the htc india support..they said it was manufactured in taiwan!
:confused:
i dont know what to do now..and i want my phone running the latest update..and by the way..my phone is not at&t or some other network..it is international version and im using a indian simcard right now..
how to update my htc one x plus in india?

Flash Sprint Galaxy S3 to Page Plus the Easy Way topic

Ok, so you have a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3, [SPH-L710] and you want to Flash it to Page Plus?
[I'm assuming this will work for ANY carrier, but we all know what assuming does...]

Take it to dealer and have the MEID activated.

Flash the PRL of carrier you want to switch to, restart phone.

Here's the trick, you need another phone with the dial pad open and ready.
hold the other phones speaker to the mic of the S3
Dial *228 on the S3 you want activated.
When it asks you to press 1, press one on the other phone,
The S3 will hear the dial, and proceed to program it for you.

[Back in the day if you recorded the tones that were made from a payphone after paying, you could play it back,, it would hear the dial, and think you paid, when you didn't]

Now Flash a correct PRL [I have provided a copy I used for Page Plus]
No Roaming Signal
CDMA - EvDo Rev.A

Blam, it works.

I`m using Samsung Galaxy Core Plus SM-G350
Android version: 4.2.2.
Baseband: G350XXUAMJ7
Kernel ver: 3.4.5-1845929 dpi@DELL212 #1
Build num: JDQ39.G350XXUAMKC

And I try almost all versions of Framaroot but I only got Aragorn exploit (wich fails to root).
I see that Gandalf can root, but i didnt see it. I didnt got this expoit with any of downloaded app.

I`m using Linux so I cant run Oneclickroot (btw: trojan is binded to this software.)
And someone mention SRSRoot (and this software have binded virus too)
Cause I`m new i can post proofs about viruses, cause i cant post outside links, but who wants proof. PM me!

Is there any other way to root my phone?

Some su that I can push via adb or some other way?

[Q] Need help Flashing Droid RAZR back to Verizon from Page Plus topic

Hey guys,

I have had this Droid RAZR for a while, It was a Verizon contract phone then after the contract was up I flashed it to Page Plus 3G. Well I went ahead and bought a S3 and no longer need the RAZR. I sold it to my girlfriends brother, he is on Verizon contract. I put the SIM in and it didn't change things like the SID, PRL Version, etc. I went through the phone turning on the 4G, using ##7764726, entered SPL, choose 14, sim type back to commercial, turned bbpanic off, the back to menu, choose 06, next, next, change network mode to LTE, CDMA, EVDO, AND GSM. The 4G data works, however when I attempt to make a phone call I get a message saying "welcome to verizon wireless, your mobile number is either not active or not working".

I hope someone can help me. I surely don't want to make my girlfriends family mad as many of you could surely understand. A happy woman=a happy life. Okay, thanks guys.

Can I use a RTN (Return to Network) ## code to make this happen? I've tried the one for my Galaxy s3 but it doesn't work on the RAZR.

i hav found the way to make folders on the home screen but not on the apps screen like on my galaxy where you can make folders and organise the apps.
does anyone know how to do this?

Also i cant find "my files" like in my galaxy the file explorer/manager.

Last is the task manager where you can kill all apps in 1 go and see ram usage how do i get to it?
