XPOSED question for Z1 topic

Let's say I install a module, apply some tweaks and enable the module.
If I want to revert tweaks and remove module, does it suffice to: disable module, unistall it, reboot?
Or do i have to revert back manually each tweak in the module?

[Q]Softbricked D802 after removing Xposed manually topic

Hey guys,
Coming from Nexus 4, I'm fairly new to the G2 forums. Last week I rooted my D802 and flashed the OptimusRS Kitkat rom (V3.5) and played around with some tweaks to change its framework. I installed Xposed (2.5 beta) and a few modules (Gravity Box, G2 Tweakbox) to hide the navbar and some other cosmetical stuff. I noticed this beta release of Xposed was still a little buggy here and there, so I removed it manually (through the app itself and rebooted...

...and then I got the infinite boot loop.

Since I removed Xposed manually, my G2 is stuck at the LG logo, I can't get into recovery, I tried a hard reset (by pushing the power button three times in the white screen), but after that, the screen remains blackish (there is some light though, so the phone is 'on').

I tried several guides to restore the stock firmware, but my Windows XP laptop won't recognize my device. The LG R&D software says my phone is disconnected, so restoring gets stuck at 15%. When I try to put my phone in download mode, I only see the little blue sign 'download mode', but no other options.

I'm absolutely out of options. I'm quite experienced with flashing roms, but never got myself in so much trouble before. I almost threw my G2 (which I really, really love) out of the window because of this.

I am considering the CM anyone has any issues with it like is it stable and can I use my phone as my daily driver. Any help is much appreciated.

What are some good Modules for the Note 3?

[Q] New Note 3 owner from Nexus 5 - have questions (Greenify, Xposed, etc.) topic

I have the Nexus devices (5 and 7) and it was a breeze to to configure the phone (rooting, etc.) and easier because there is only one version of the phone. Now I have the T-Mobile Note 3, I tried to read as much as I can but there are so many questions due to the many variables on the phone (carrier version, locked bootloader, etc.) So I thought I will ask those I couldn't find the answers.

My phone is rooted using Kingosoft, KNOX is not tripped and on stock ROM with T-Mobile SIM card.

Q1. Text-to-speech
How do I change the this to use Google's instead of Samsung S-Voice? When I got to Settings, only S-Voice is selectable. I want to change it for navigation purposes

Q2. Home button - double click
Any change to configure this for something else, like Google Search? I've frozen S-Voice so double-clicking the button now does..nothing.

Q3. Disable My Magazine swipe-up
Quite often I accidentally swiped-up. Any way to disable this?

Q4. WTH is Beaming Service for Beep'nGo??
Went to Google Play --> My Apps and there is a new update for Beep'nGo. I did not install this, but I found out I cannot disable this - I could not find it under Titanium or Application Manager. How do I disable this? I am sure it's running in the background and eating battery of some sort

Q5. What is safe to Greenify?
From Nexus 5, there are just a few built-in apps in Greenify. But with the Note 3, there are tons of them, not including the apps I installed. Which one of these I can disable? See screenshot below.

Problems with Xposed after taking 4.4.2 OTA accidentally topic

I was rooted on my Verizon non-DE 4.4 Moto X, and kept delaying the 4.4.2 OTA. I had rooted with slapmymoto and MotoWPNoMo. Last night, drunk, I guess I accepted it at some point. It looks like MotoWPNoMo worked as advertised, and I still have root access (at least verified with the Root Checker app). But Xposed is not working (it was with 4.4). It says "The latest version of Xposed is currently not active. Did you install the framework and reboot?" I've done that many times, I've uninstalled and reinstalled rebooting multiple times through out the process. I'm not entirely sure if the problem is with root, or Xposed, or what. I've tried installing the Xposed 2.5 b1 apk with no success.

Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?

Xposed working for Stock G2 KK Roms topic

got this LG G2 xposed installer from @bugradurust that posted it in another thread. so all credit goes to him for sharing it. i just thought i'd make a thread in general chat showing that it does indeed work. here are some screenshots i took that show it working. i am currently using @AndroidUser00110001 powersuser rom and it works great with that. that's an international rom for the d800 g2 so i'm willing to bet it works for other g2 stock kk variants. here is a link to the apk you install also. make sure you have root because it needs that. yay! finally xposed for g2 stock kk! that was the only thing i was missing from stock kk rom!

Hi! I just installed Xposed on my HTC One SV (K2_UL) running on 4.2.2 Jellybean after i installed downloaded the framework it got installed successfully without any problems then it asked me to reboot so i rebooted then after i rebooted it said that i haven't installed the framework yet. I want to play games with less lags..need multitasking too...as well as better battery performance..

Got my phone yesterday. I love it. Except the screen burn in( Hopefully that goes away) I came from the Verizon G2, so i downloaded the G2 Xposed app that i used to use just for s&g's and it totally worked!!
